ShiftPay Pro ("the app", "we", "us") helps shift workers plan shifts and estimate gross pay. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. ShiftPay Pro is an estimator only — it is not payroll and does not provide tax, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Information you add (employers, pay rates, shifts, expected and actual pay, notes, preferences) is stored locally in an on-device database. It stays on your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself (for example, exporting a CSV or PDF report and sharing it through another app). Deleting the app, or using "Delete all local data" in Settings, removes this data.
Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers and similar data to serve and measure ads. The app requests non-personalized ads by default. Learn how Google uses data: Google Privacy & Terms. Ads are not shown to users with an active Pro subscription.
Optional Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and managed with RevenueCat, which handles purchase validation and entitlement status. Payment details are handled by Google Play; we never receive your card or banking information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
If you enable shift reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.
ShiftPay Pro is intended for working adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
